We can accept returns or exchanges only in these cases:
For any damage, defect, or incorrect book, please include clear photos showing the issue when you contact us.
Exchanges vs Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
- Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.
We can accept returns or exchanges only in these cases:
- The book is damaged during shipping
- The book has a misprint or manufacturing defect
- The wrong title or edition was sent

Exchanges vs Refunds
- If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement (new) book at no additional cost to you.
- A refund will only be issued if the disputed item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be sent.
- Change of mind
- Books that have been opened, read, or show any signs of use
- Items purchased with ClassWallet that have already been approved and fulfilled
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your-email@bookshopclassics.com (mailto:your-email@bookshopclassics.com)] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will verify the problem.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement to the address on file.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or back to your ClassWallet balance when possible)
- The original $7.99 shipping fee is non-refundable, except when the return or exchange is caused by our error.
